These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and Aligned Life. By using our website/s, purchasing any program, attending any event, or accessing any content, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied without our written consent. We may update them from time to time — the current version will always be shown on this page. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or services in any manner.
Where a payment plan is offered, it represents a binding financial commitment to pay the full agreed amount regardless of participation, program access, or personal circumstances. A payment plan is not a subscription — it is a structured payment arrangement for a product or service already delivered or committed to.
Important: By entering into a payment plan with Aligned Life, you agree that the full outstanding balance remains owing regardless of whether you continue to access the program, attend events, or engage with content. There is no option to exit, cancel, or reduce a payment plan once commenced.
The following conditions apply to all payment plans:
Access to all Aligned Life programs, courses, communities, events, and content is conditional on your payments being current.
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access. Access will be restored automatically once the outstanding payment is successfully processed. The outstanding balance remains owing regardless of the suspension period.
Aligned Life will make reasonable attempts to notify you of a failed payment via email, phone, or SMS. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and funds are available on scheduled payment dates.
Access suspension due to non-payment does not constitute a refund, cancellation, or release from your payment plan obligations.
Aligned Life also reserves the right to remove participants from all program access for behavioural reasons as outlined in the Community Standards section of these Terms.
Retreats, live workshops, and in-person events involve third-party venue, accommodation, catering, staffing, and booking costs which are committed well in advance of the event date.
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, payments for retreats, workshops, and live events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Aligned Life reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events where reasonably necessary, including due to illness, venue issues, minimum attendance requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our control.
Attendance is conditional on full payment. Participants who have not completed their payment plan prior to the event date will not be permitted to attend. Outstanding balances remain owing regardless of attendance.
Where attendance is not possible due to outstanding payments, Aligned Life may, at its sole discretion, offer deferral to a future event date under a revised payment arrangement. This is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Live Event Purchases: Special event pricing is available only during the applicable event period unless otherwise agreed by Aligned Life. Refunds are not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
By attending any Aligned Life event, workshop, seminar, or retreat, you agree to the following:
Live zoom calls and online sessions are recorded and made available in the private community. Members are welcome to join calls anonymously.
Access to Aligned Life's private community is included with eligible programs and is subject to the payment and access conditions outlined in these Terms.
Community access is suspended immediately upon a failed payment and restored upon successful payment. The private community is a members-only space and access is not transferable.
Couples and partners: Partners are welcome to join monthly workshops together at no extra charge under a single subscription. If both partners would like full individual access to the entire community then both partners need to sign up individually.
Where live coaching calls are included in your program, the following conditions apply:
The information, guidance, and perspectives shared throughout Aligned Life programs, events, workshops, retreats, coaching calls, and online content are based on Holly's personal experiences, learnings, observations, and opinions.
Holly does not provide medical, psychological, counselling, psychiatric, or clinical services. Aligned Life recommends all participants seek qualified professional advice where appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Participation in any Aligned Life program or event is undertaken voluntarily. Results will vary between individuals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned Life accepts no responsibility or liability for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of participation in any program, event, coaching session, retreat, workshop, or online content.
Aligned Life reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, replace, remove, or discontinue any aspect of its programs, content, coaching structure, platforms, communities, schedules, or delivery methods at any time where reasonably necessary.
This may include changes to live call schedules, online platforms, community platforms, coaching formats, event structures, bonus content, program inclusions, or delivery methods as the business evolves.
Aligned Life complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) at all times.
Outside of ACL obligations, all sales are final. No refunds are provided for change of mind, non-participation, non-attendance, or non-payment of payment plans.
Where Aligned Life elects, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund outside of ACL obligations, a minimum administration and processing fee of $8 AUD will apply, with higher deductions where substantial costs have already been committed.
It is the highest priority of Aligned Life to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where members feel comfortable to share openly and vulnerably.
Any member may be removed from the community and/or live calls due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by Holly or Aligned Life administrators. This includes but is not limited to criticism, judgemental comments, harassment, or any communication that violates the safety and integrity of the community.
Where appropriate, a private warning will be given before removal. However, there is no guarantee a warning will be given prior to removal. Removed members are not entitled to a refund.
Any content that violates community standards will be removed immediately.
The following additional terms apply specifically to the Conscious Parenting Program (CPP):
Money-Back Guarantee (Coaching Program only): Any conditional money-back guarantee applies only to the Conscious Parenting Program With Coaching where explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Eligibility requires active participation, engagement with course content, attendance at all available coaching calls, and genuine participation in the coaching process. Guarantees do not apply to Program Only or DIY purchase options.
